Started Muah Thai
Day One was epic! Although I am spent and writing from my bed. There are 2 classes to attend everyday. I'll see how it goes and how many I attend. Trainer said my technique is really good for beginner. But I gas out. I suppose everyone does. Eventually. My wrists hurt and I told them... I learnt to not keep my wrists tight, let them lose between punches. Leg, knee and elbow kicks are new to me and so the technique needs getting used to. I'll be watching my first Thai fight today. It's actually one of the coaches who is fighting today!! These people are warriors. I heard the fights become blood baths.

I feel like a weapon. Elbows, knees and leg kicks. Ngl, I am sore... and perhaps fatigued but not really. I look forward to everyday of training. Sundays feel like 'what do I do' haha since the gym is closed. My techniques are good. Next level is in increasing my strength. That naturally means I need to go into bulk mode to pack more muscle. Yoga is also a priority. My life is extremely dynamic. I am not stuck in one thing but flexibly move around like I'm in a playground going from the swing to the see saw. Thailand is epic, there are weekly muay thai fights on Friday. Local football games, so many activities you can do! I can see a life here.

I’m kinda liking it
I worked non stop for about 4 hours. Got a lot of good work done but I really wanted to work out afterwards which is great news because I’m enjoying the feeling I get from working out. I am keeping this momentum going!
