I feel like a weapon. Elbows, knees and leg kicks. Ngl, I am sore... and perhaps fatigued but not really. I look forward to everyday of training. Sundays feel like 'what do I do' haha since the gym is closed. My techniques are good. Next level is in increasing my strength. That naturally means I need to go into bulk mode to pack more muscle. Yoga is also a priority. My life is extremely dynamic. I am not stuck in one thing but flexibly move around like I'm in a playground going from the swing to the see saw. Thailand is epic, there are weekly muay thai fights on Friday. Local football games, so many activities you can do! I can see a life here.
