So, I had some family medical emergency and a wedding at the same time. I have met this guy who stays in my city and is trading prop firms for a while I knew him personally he's an ex-colleague. I met him and learnt a lot of things in 3-4 days I spent with him. It helped me build a strategy which totally reflects my personality, here are few points which are very important to me in a strategy. These were my requirements : 1 - My entry should be a high/low ( I hate seeing draw down in my trades ) 2 - It should be an intraday system, I'm a really impatient person and couldn't hold trades for long time. 3 - defined time to enter ( I only trade NY open now ) 4 - minimum 1:3RR with 60% accuracy and 2-3 trades per session. 5 - limited scripts ( I'm trading EU and NASDAQ ) Now, I've got the setup locked in, I see myself doing well.

To do that, what you need to do is do the MBTI test, find more out about your numerology and do any other personality test or method you know of. Go back to the absolute basics. Mentor/ Take responsibility for @Ronny Singh and @Armaan Dhir and @Sanjiv Singh . Teach them the basics of technical analysis and how to create their own system. Your growth lies in sitting down and not being a trader anymore, rather being a coach and making sure your athletes are thinking the right things, taking the right actions etc... This is what you need right now because you next level up is by becoming a 'bigger' man, that happens when you assume a leaders position and guide others.
