Next level is in increasing my strength.
That naturally means I need to go into bulk mode to pack more muscle.
Yoga is also a priority.
My life is extremely dynamic.
I am not stuck in one thing but flexibly move around like I'm in a playground going from the swing to the see saw.
Thailand is epic, there are weekly muay thai fights on Friday. Local football games, so many activities you can do!
