Day One was epic!
Although I am spent and writing from my bed.
There are 2 classes to attend everyday. I'll see how it goes and how many I attend.
Trainer said my technique is really good for beginner.
But I gas out. I suppose everyone does. Eventually.
My wrists hurt and I told them...
I learnt to not keep my wrists tight, let them lose between punches.
Leg, knee and elbow kicks are new to me and so the technique needs getting used to.
I'll be watching my first Thai fight today. It's actually one of the coaches who is fighting today!!
These people are warriors. I heard the fights become blood baths.
