My mentor told me I have slowed down significantly in terms of pace and quality of learning. He saw a trend starting and adressed it immediately. I will be taking a step back from other things and refocusing on my education. In the long run it will pay more dividends than anything in the short run. I have been juggling a lot and will have more to juggle soon. Self care is essential for my wellbeing. Likely have to take a step back from demo trading temporarily. I feel that I need to be more picky and less ready to jump in. Since I am already stacked with what I am doing, I feel fomo at times and take the trades that have already passed their initial play. Reassessing myself. Time for a spiritual journey. Look inward, trust my intuition. I had a dream I was climbing Mount Everest and reached the peak. There was this little area that looked like an icy shrine with crystals on it. They resembled the colors of the chakras. My subconcious is sending me messages to take care of myself.

I have started streaming my gameplay regularly on youtube early morning HKT. It has been so much fun and I am learning so much about myself watching my own gameplay afterwards. Observing myself in third person is so fascinating XD. Soon I will be streaming and uploading my study sessions as well for mathematics and economics. Exciting stuff. This is honestly going to force me to write notes haha. I am purely lazy when writing notes but it is the highest leverage activity since it reinforces whatever concepts I am learning and creates an easily accesible log as well. Will need to start learning editing principles and executing them sooner than later and create shorts of my content. Skills skills skills. On a side note, I have been applying for better opportunities since I feel that my current job has run its course for me. Applications have been fun process and receiving some feedback and interviews is a nice change. Cheers to better. Have God to thank in this regard. Learning to accept I can be wrong. Without accepting when I am wrong I cannot learn. Without accepting I made mistakes I do not move forward, I stop myself from growth. I took a whole week off from trading last week. Needed to reset and come back in tune. Focus on my wellbeing. I tend to push and burn out without realising. To be most myself I must respect myself most. I.e. respect my requirement for rest.
