For years, I performed who I thought I had to be.
Polished. Productive. Strong.
Always the one knew what to do, always had my shit together.
Bent and twisted myself around others' needs to be liked. Needed. Loved.
But somewhere amidst all the noise, I lost the sound of my own soul.
There came a moment where pretending became more painful than truth.
I couldn’t outrun my rage.
Couldn’t sedate the grief.
Couldn’t keep wearing armor that no longer fit.
The collapse was brutal…
But it was also Sacred. An-becoming. An unraveling of all the programming, all the stories I had been telling myself. Suddenly, I could see through all the lies.
20/20.
I let it burn.
The roles. The rules. The ridiculous pressure to shrink.
And what emerged wasn’t some perfect version of me.
It was my most honest, holy, and haunted self.
I wasn’t broken. I was REmembering.
@rageandresurrection was born for the ones who don’t fit in boxes.
The ones who cry on bathroom floors and still rise like wildfire.
Here, we don’t bypass pain — we alchemize it.
We don’t fear shadow — we embrace what it teaches.
This isn’t a space for shallow affirmations or pastel platitudes.
This is for those ready to reclaim the sacred rage inside them.
To hold both the ache and the awakening.
To remember that we were never meant to be tame.
