Hi Beautiful Souls. Ive been doing lots of quiet work in my little corner of the World. Today, whilst journaling, I put together this little Mantra/Soul Prayer for this time of integration. I felt called to share it here, for anyone who is feeling raw, overwhelmed and needing to be held in grace and love: "I am the sacred vessel of my soul. I feel deeply, but I do not drown. I witness pain, but I am not consumed. I am soft, and I am sovereign. I walk with grace, guarded by truth, held by love. What is mine, I carry with strength. What is not mine, I return to the wind." I wrote this in response to a message from a woman navigating the brutal beauty of a twin flame journey. But really, this message is for anyone who's ever felt pierced open by the sacred, undone by Love, and unsure if they’re healing or just breaking again. Dear sister, We go a long way with stories... Human beings loooooove stories. We get lost in them. We dwell in them, especially ‘Love stories’. They become inceptional realities inside our subconscious and turn our life into a day dreaming retreat. And sometimes, along the way, we lose ourselves in the dream, the visions… We start loving the stories more than we love ourselves. We think we're expanding because we're no longer attached to just one identity, but the illusion is: We’re still identifying. With billions of lifetimes, with archetypes, with karmic myths. And we think we’ve dissolved the ego because we’ve remembered all these versions of us… But wholeness isn’t found in stories, is it? Wholeness is our ability to rise to the vibration of Love. To see the Divine in others and act in respect to that transmission. Not to possess it. But to rise it. To be it. To offer it freely. To raise the Love frequency of the whole damn world, starting with ourselves. Now here’s the trick, my love: Love — Loving — Being Loved… At first, it feels freaking painful. Why? Because it’s an internal fusion. On an energetic level, every tissue in your body is being re-coded to hold this frequency. This is ego death, not poetic, not only spiritual but biological. It alters your homeostasis, your nervous system, the chemistry of your blood… Hell, probably your bloodline. You’ve heard it before: when you heal, you heal seven generations behind you, and seven ahead.And yes, it’s real! This is what you’re feeling… But no one said it would be a weekend retreat! So the brave ones, like you, start doing the work. And it’s painful. It’s hard. It’s lonely. And then somewhere along the line, the mind kicks in and says: "Shouldn’t this be over by now?"

This evening, after attending the Women's Circle with the most beautiful, authentic Souls (thank you to those who were there and created such a sacred and safe container) I had such an unexpected encounter with some migrating honey bees, such synchronicity. Given that bees are a symbol of the Divine Feminine, I felt called to share here. A repeated theme in conversations lately (online and off) is the state of the world, the sheer amount of suffering and heartbreak that is going on globally but particularly in war-torn countries, and that a lot of us are wondering what we can do to help. I've seen so many amazing lightworkers express that they feel powerless in the face of such adversity. Well, this even 6 honey bees got themselves trapped in various locations around my house. I didn't notice them for some time and when i did, they were starting to die. I quickly mixed some sugar water and went about collecting them, feeding them and releasing them outside to find their kin. The very last honey bee didn't leave immediately. Instead she spent what felt like an age crawling around on my hand. I thought at first she was still disoriented so I moved the spoon of sugar water back in front of her, but she turned away and moved back on to my hand. She wiggled about, cleaning her legs and testing her wings, and (rather unnervingly) raising and lowering her sting 😬 I spoke to her softly, told her I was at her mercy. Asked her not to sting me, I meant her no harm. Thanked her for all her work as a pollinator etc... this went on for a few moments and eventually she took flight but she did not fly away immediately like the others. Instead she hovered right in front of my face, we were almost nose to nose for maybe 30 seconds, and then she flew away. (Without stinging me 🤣) Her message was clear, to me anyway. A (formerly) hardened fighter and Mother who has brought three Souls earthside was at the mercy of something as small and seemingly insignificant as a honey bee this evening.
