3 key points from today:
🧠 This group will have education about the nervous system from the lens of primitive reflexes, which are responsible for your fight, flight, freeze and fawn responses.
🫀The intention is to encourage and inspire you to feel like you and body is "home", and connect you with your natural God-given confidence you were born with as a child.
🫁 Attuning the breath, shifting the body into rest and digest using "magic buttons" and Pausing... giving your body what it needed as a child.

How we do this "unloading":
🧠Working through the unconscious to expand our window of nervous system tolerance instead of consciously micromanaging ourselves.
🫀Expanding the nervous system window of tolerance IS... Becoming the compassionate listener of our own body, and is what we all needed as children, and we are here to fill in the gaps.
🫁 Breathing deeper in inhale and exhale naturally, listening for that YES, will help us expand our ability to help ourselves first, then overflowing onto others.
I am looking for feedback on the time of day that works best for this community for the "lives"...
