Yesterday you noticed what your hands have forgiven themselves for.
Today, you close this month with this: what your hands have been โ all month.
They have held. Made. Mended. Given. Learned. Waited. Slowed. Repeated. Released. Protected. Offered. Carried. Shared. Helped. Made for others. Given from little. Saved for later. Done unseen kindnesses. Left things better. Rested. Received. Held loosely. Let fall. Rested on. Done nothing. Let others help. Forgiven themselves.
Your hands are not new. They are old as human.
And this month, they did something kind. Even if only for you.

Today's invitation:
Hold your own hands. Just hold them. One hand holding the other. Stay like that for thirty seconds.
Then say softly:
"These hands. They are enough. They have always been enough."
---
Today's practice:
Nothing. Your hands can rest now. The month is complete.
๐ Drop ๐ฟ๐ if you finished the June Challenge โ even if you missed days, even if you only read along, even if you only looked at your hands once and remembered.
