Week 1: Morning Awakenings 🌅
Yesterday, we stepped outside and simply noticed.
Today, we stay with the morning—but go a little deeper.
In the Northern Hemisphere, spring mornings are growing louder with birdsong, the light arriving earlier, the air carrying the scent of damp earth and new leaves.
In Paraguay, autumn mornings settle into a slower rhythm—cooler air, the sun rising softer, the quiet hum of fruit falling from the branch.
Wherever you are, the morning has its own language. Today, we listen.
Today's invitation:
Find a quiet spot—inside or outside—and pause for just a few minutes.
Close your eyes, or let your gaze rest softly.
Then ask yourself:
- What do I hear—near and far?
- What do I smell?
- What does this moment feel like in my body?
No need to analyze. Just receive.
👇 If you'd like, share one thing you noticed this morning.
Or drop 🌅 to mark another day of slowing down.
Let's keep walking this week together—one morning at a time. 💛
