Tonight I made some orange tofu with white basmati rice. Did you know basmati is lower on the glycemic index scale compared to other rice? Which means that it doesn't spike blood sugar as much as others.
I also prepped chia pudding for the next couple days. I add Kite Hill Greek yogurt which is 17g protein per serving and is great for gut health.
