If you want April to feel different from every other month, don't just think about what you want to work on. Say it out loud. Declare it here. We're all in this together and there is something genuinely powerful about putting your intention into words in front of people who get it.

If you're not sure what to pick, here are some ideas:
โ€ข Eat a protein-rich plant-based breakfast before 9am
โ€ข Add leafy greens to one meal every day
โ€ข Drink a full glass of water before your morning coffee
โ€ข Prep one batch of grains or legumes every Sunday
โ€ข Take a 10 minute walk after lunch
โ€ข Swap your afternoon snack for something blood sugar friendly
โ€ข No phone for the first 30 minutes of your morning
โ€ข In bed with lights out by 10:30pm on weeknights
