  1. something that stood out to me on my walk was all of the birds chirping
  2. Something that came up in my head with no distractions was that being somewhere nice and quiet and peaceful can relieve stress
  3. how I felt before, I was tired and a little bit stressed but not much and then after I was happy and full of energy.
