  1. Rank The Intensity of The Day: 5/10 just like the 2 last drills were more difficult the the rest
  2. What did you learn while doing Day X? Did you make any improvements? the leg transfer was the thing that i learned today and improvement is probably the power in my shot
  3. What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? no but the only challenge was my balance but it wasent that bad
  4. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? to maybe do some activities and go for that peacful walk
