  2. What did you learn today? Did you make any improvements? I worked on deep breathing and relaxing really trying to slow things down.
  3. What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? no challenges
  4. What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? I am excited to see how this challenge helps me when the season starts back up.
