Today the intensity was a 3-4/10. My lower back isn’t really tight, and doesn’t have any pain. I learned that yoga is really important because even though my back doesn’t feel bad, I still felt more flexible/ mobile after. I was challenged by going in positions I wouldn’t normally do. I am exited for tomorrows stickhandle drills.
Also I finally got caught up to the stickhandle and shooting after my vacation👍
