🔥 Monday Inspiration + Updates 🔥
Super excited about this week’s message, it really made me pause and reflect, and I hope it does the same for you. Quick updates first: • Big welcome to some of our newest members: @James Rhodes, @Kerry Souter, @Lidia Axe, @Leo Baldwin, @Cecilia Payne, @Graham Whiddett & @Jack Shiller (some of you have been active already, but making it official 😄) • I’m working on having a guest speaker for our Wednesday 7 pm call, focused on Freedom in life. I’ll confirm by tomorrow. • Leadership Launchpad Week 5 is live. If you want access, DM me or check it here. This week’s message comes down to playing the long game. Most people look for shortcuts or a big breakthrough moment, but real progress comes from quiet, repeated decisions over time. And playing the long game starts by asking yourself a few uncomfortable but powerful questions: Who am I, beyond titles and roles? Who am I becoming based on my habits and daily choices? Who will I be in the future? Winning the long game isn’t about perfection. It’s about intentional alignment, small disciplines, clear direction, and consistent action over time. Kudos to @Chris Wendt for a powerful post in @Georgiana D's community about personal growth, and that's exactly what it means to "become" a better version of yourself. So here’s the reflection I’ll leave you with this week: If your current habits stayed exactly the same, would you be proud of the person you’re becoming? PS: Sorry for the long video, that was done in one take 😅

Monday Inspiration 01/26 + L.L Week 4 LIVE 🔥
Some songs have a way of slowing us down and making us reflect. Not just in the moment, but in the decisions, risks, and transitions that shape our lives. Life is full of “bridges.” New chapters, uncomfortable decisions, moments where you can’t see the other side yet. Fear doesn’t disappear as we grow, it just shows up differently. Growth happens when we keep moving forward anyway. Most of the meaningful things in life don’t come from playing it safe. They come from crossing the bridge, even when it’s uncomfortable. Do you agree? Also, Leadership Launchpad Week 4 is live in the classroom. For those who have access to it, make sure you’re in there and staying committed to the process. Now I’m curious 👇 Is there a song that makes you reflect on life, growth, or a big decision you’ve made? What does it represent to you? Drop it below. Let’s make this a strong last week of January. Let’s go 🔥
Monday Inspiration 01/05 + Leadership Launchpad Is Live 🚀
This is the first full week of the year, and it matters more than most people realize. How you start this week sets the tone for your standards, your habits, and the pace you carry into the rest of the year. That’s exactly what I talked about in today’s video. The beginning matters!!! And on that note… Leadership Launchpad is officially LIVE. This is our second course, following the Time Mastery course, which was incredibly successful. I’m proud of the work we did there, and I’m even more excited about what’s coming next. If you want access to Leadership Launchpad, you’ll need to be in the Premium tier minimum 😎 We’ll also host weekly accountability calls every Saturday at 10:30 AM for the next 8 weeks, focused on this course. I’ll remind you here each week. As I said in the video, I’m genuinely excited to see who WE become in the process. I often think about how powerful this platform (Skool in general) can be if we truly follow through on what we’re building here. I want this to become one of the best leadership communities. And why not? Why not dream big? Best doesn’t mean the biggest. It means people growing, succeeding, and sharing real stories, not chasing numbers, but building real momentum together. On Wednesday, I’ll post my goals for the year and would like you to share yours as well. From there, we’ll set up 6-week accountability checkpoints to follow through and hold each other to a higher standard. This is big. And I’m genuinely excited to face this year alongside you. Let’s have a kickass week. Let me know what you thought about the video and how excited you are for this year 😎

🚨 2 Important Updates 🚨 + L.L. Week 3 is LIVE 🚀😎
1️⃣ First IRL Skool Meetup: @Josie Ngoumou and I went to our first IRL meetup yesterday, and honestly… if there’s one near you, GO. So much learning, connection, and perspective. It was AMAZING! This week, I’ll create a post sharing my notes and a full summary, especially for anyone building a community here or thinking about starting one 👀 2️⃣ A quick perspective on goals: This past Friday, I was sending an audio to a friend on WhatsApp (foreign 🤓), and after I finished, Taylor looked at me and said, “You speak way too loud.” At first, I laughed, and she’s right. It’s something I’ve been aware of, and that moment made me decide to actually work on it. So I added a new line to my personal development goals and asked her to help hold me accountable weekly. I want to be more aware of how I speak everywhere, not just on the phone. That reminded me of something important: Sometimes throughout the year, you’ll add, remove, or change goals. That’s normal. That’s growth. The key is being in control of your goals. Looking at them. Managing them. Caring about where you’re going. And if you’re not there yet, that’s okay too. We all start somewhere. Ask for help. That’s why this community exists. 3️⃣ Leadership Launchpad Week 3 is LIVE ✅ This week, we’re diving into Communication, Public Speaking, and Influence 😏 Quick reflection: Have you changed any goals recently? Added something? Removed something? Where are you at right now? I’m excited for this week, and I hope you are too. Have a blessed Sunday 🙏🏽 Let’s celebrate that we’re heading into the third full week of the year and that we’re showing up. I’m proud of you.
🚨 2 Important Updates 🚨 + L.L. Week 3 is LIVE 🚀😎
Leadership Launchpad Week 2 is LIVE 🚀
Week 1 was a strong start. We focused on self leadership, values, consistency, integrity, and building your personal leadership philosophy. On Saturday, we also had our very first accountability call, and it was awesome. Huge thank you to @Massimiliano Biancardi and @Josie Ngoumou for showing up and setting the tone. If you missed it, you’ll find the replay attached so you can catch up. Now we move into Week 2, where leadership really starts to show up in real life. This week, we focus on the traits that separate average leaders from exceptional ones: accountability, confidence, and emotional intelligence. Accountability is about ownership, not blame. Your standards, consistency, and results always reflect the level of ownership you take. When you own it, you gain the power to change it. Confidence is not something you wait to feel; it is built through competence. Preparation, execution, repetition, and review create mastery, and mastery creates confidence. We also dive into emotional intelligence and how to lead under pressure. You will develop self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management, learning to respond rather than react. Through practical exercises, you will identify frustration triggers, practice more effective responses, give and receive feedback, and build trust through consistency. By the end of this week, you will have greater clarity on how you lead yourself and others when things are not easy. 📅 Accountability Call This Saturday This week’s call will be at 9:00 AM instead of 10:30 AM. Skool is hosting their IRL event in NYC from 12 to 4, and I am planning to join. 😎 NETWORKING! For anyone that will join Saturday, please come prepared. Have your notes. Have your reflections. Bring real experiences, questions, and feedback. The more prepared you are, the more powerful these calls become.
