Week 1 was a strong start. We focused on self leadership, values, consistency, integrity, and building your personal leadership philosophy.
On Saturday, we also had our very first accountability call, and it was awesome. Huge thank you to and for showing up and setting the tone. If you missed it, you’ll find the replay attached so you can catch up. Now we move into Week 2, where leadership really starts to show up in real life. This week, we focus on the traits that separate average leaders from exceptional ones: accountability, confidence, and emotional intelligence. Accountability is about ownership, not blame. Your standards, consistency, and results always reflect the level of ownership you take. When you own it, you gain the power to change it. Confidence is not something you wait to feel; it is built through competence. Preparation, execution, repetition, and review create mastery, and mastery creates confidence. We also dive into emotional intelligence and how to lead under pressure. You will develop self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management, learning to respond rather than react. Through practical exercises, you will identify frustration triggers, practice more effective responses, give and receive feedback, and build trust through consistency. By the end of this week, you will have greater clarity on how you lead yourself and others when things are not easy.
This week’s call will be at 9:00 AM instead of 10:30 AM.
Skool is hosting their IRL event in NYC from 12 to 4, and I am planning to join. 😎 NETWORKING! For anyone that will join Saturday, please come prepared. Have your notes. Have your reflections. Bring real experiences, questions, and feedback. The more prepared you are, the more powerful these calls become.
This is Week 2 of January, and momentum is building. Let’s keep going.
