👉🏽 Let’s bring the “Personal” into Personal Growth 😎👀
We talk a lot about leadership, goals, growth, discipline… but today let’s switch it up a bit. It’s Friday, and usually we keep it a bit more fun… so let’s combine fun with actually getting to know each other a little better. Let’s get to know the people behind the screen. You can answer all or just a few: • Full name (middle name is optional) 👀 • Where were you born / where do you live now • Birthday (no need for the year 😅) • Favorite hobbies or things you enjoy • Something you’re proud of • One goal or dream for 2026 Looking forward to hearing your stories and seeing you connect and collaborate with others 👇🏽 PS: Accountability Call tomorrow at 10:30 AM for anyone available. We’ll touch on the 8 key areas of life, reflect on Q1, and discuss how to approach Q2. 3 months are already gone… 1/4 of the year 🤯

@Tyler Scott four countries... I'm catching up 😉. Hmm, with the places let me see: Germany: Besigheim, Gemmrigheim, Karlsruhe, Freinsheim, Schriesheim, Freinsheim, Wachenheim, Berlin, Schenefeld, Siegsdorf, Penkun, Eggesin Switzerland: Birmenstorf, Riken No wonder our daughter was saying once "we are a moving family" 😂. But with that it's very easy to connect situations with dates, because if we remember the place we know the date 😉. How is it for you?

@Tyler Scott 1-2 suitcases... I remember how I thought that would be nice to have just that. Maybe I had, but yeah, 1 child and you need a truck 🤣. BUT, it doesn't grow like that with every kid.
Learn by others experience: Zach (NY, teenager, multimillionaire)
Good morning everyone, I just came across this story of Zach from New York, who built an fitness app and made money with it. I haven't heard about him or the app before, but the PDF summary sounds interesting and Claude confirmed the story - so, have a look, get inspired and let's talk about: What can we learn from Zach? Having this roadmap, what's the aspect that's benefitting you where you are right now?

@Bruno Militz A "valid" point I find in the regular school system are the exams/degrees you have to get to go and study. You'll always find the examples of doctors and lawyers who have to study. If our kids would like to choose a path like that, I'm fine. In the end, it's just not what I tell them. If they find the passion to choose a path like that, they should do it. For learning, there might be other better resources to do it more efficient - just without degree. If that's enough, great. I think the normal school system should get an upgrade - as some are doing it.

@Bruno Militz I agree on that point. What we've been through, our experience can help others a lot. Great take!
🔥 Monday Inspiration 03/23 🔥 Who are you in these situations?
WHO'S READY FOR THE WEEK? 😎 Had a coaching call this past Saturday with @Celeste Ruiz and asked a simple question: “What’s one win from last week?” She told me about a moment where everything could’ve gone wrong. Checkout page stopped working, team stressed, CEO STRESSED (not fun lol), pressure to the roof. And in moments like that… most people react. But she didn’t. She said something that really stood out to me: “I just stayed calm and focused on fixing it.” That’s it. No perfect plan, no overthinking, no panic. Just calm under pressure and solution-focused. That’s LEADERSHIP! And what makes it even better… this isn’t even “her role.” She’s in marketing but has stepped into website development, problem-solving, supporting the team, and doing whatever's needed. That’s ownership. That’s leadership. And it connects directly to what we’ve been talking about in the Communication series. How you show up internally always shows up in how you communicate externally. On my end, I’m in a different type of situation right now. I need to have a real conversation with someone on the team. Lateness, inconsistency, performance not where it needs to be. And if I’m being honest… those are not the easiest conversations to have. But they matter. Because avoiding it doesn’t help them, and it definitely doesn’t help the team. What I keep reminding myself is this: connection before correction. There’s been a connection; now it’s time to correct. We’ve got standards to follow. At the same time, we just brought in a new operations manager, and you can feel the difference right away. Super energetic, wants to do better not just for himself but for everyone. And I’m bringing someone new into my department this week, too. Which is exciting, because every person you bring in and every standard you reinforce starts shaping the culture. Real leadership isn’t when everything is smooth. It’s when things break, when people fall short, when conversations get uncomfortable. That’s where it actually shows up.

@Bruno Militz how can we become more aware… 🤔 Let’s try to put it into words: - Listen actively - Open heart, open mind instead of pride attitude - Recognize past mistakes to sharpen opportunities/blind spots What else do you think?

🎥 Communication & Difficult Conversations Series 2/10
Video 1 of 10 — Internal Dialogue Video 2 of 10 — Pressure, Emotional Control & Presence Let’s talk about something we all deal with. Pressure (especially on today's world). Pressure is when something feels important… and you don’t want to get it wrong. And in those moments, communication changes. You might recognize this: • You start thinking too fast • You get nervous • You rush what you say • You get defensive • You either stay quiet or react too quickly By the time you respond, you’re not really choosing how to communicate anymore. You’re reacting. That’s the real problem. Pressure doesn’t create new behavior… it reveals what you haven’t practiced. In this video, we break that down. We talk about why pressure affects the way we communicate, the common reactions people fall into, and how to stay calm, clear, and in control when it matters most. Because strong communication is not about being perfect. It’s about being in control of yourself when things get uncomfortable. If you apply this, you’ll start to: • stay calmer in difficult conversations • think more clearly under pressure • respond instead of react • build more trust in the way you communicate 💬 Reflection when going into the next conversation, meeting, presentation... ﹥ What outcome actually matters here? ﹥ What am I feeling right now? ﹥ How do I want this person to feel after I speak? Think about a situation this week where you usually react. ﹥ What will you do differently based on what you learned here? Share your thoughts in the comments and let’s grow together.

Happy birthday Bruno!!!!!!!
Been gone for a little bit guys. Not due to bad things happening or laziness but actually good things. Little bit of traveling, little bit of self awareness, some self work and of course actual work. But wanted to take the time to wish Bruno a very happy birthday. And thank you for bringing us all together to learn from each other. As I say with my office and others around me your network is your net worth. And with the amount of knowledge in so many different areas and perspectives on all these different topic my net worth have multiplied. So again thank you Bruno for creating this group and forum. And I hope I’ll have a day filled with love, joy, happiness and excitement.
