Dispositions Specialist: I Source Multifamily Deals for Investors
Hey everyone, I’ve been involved in real estate for 10+ years and operate nationwide on the dispositions side, connecting serious end buyers with solid opportunities I work strictly within each investor’s buy box: location, asset type, price range, margins, and strategy. I don’t blast random deals. I tailor deal flow to what you’re actively acquiring and ready to close on If you’re an active buyer, send over your buy box criteria and contact info (or fill out my buyer form in my profile). Once vetted, I’ll add you and send opportunities that match exactly what you’re targeting Looking to build long-term relationships with serious operators who move when the numbers make sense Let’s close strong deals together 🙏

LOI submitted
Yesterday, I submitted an LOI outlining two purchase options for the seller. Option 1) full price at 4% interest seller financing Option 2) New debt lower than asking price at current rate in order to meet DSCR.

Student Housing - KU
We don't do a ton of student housing but we do have over 250 units ( we dont count beds) in the KS/MO market. The problem with student housing we find is that it takes too much of our resources for the student turn season during a concentrated time of 3 months. If you take on too much during those months the rest of the portfolio will suffer a bit. We found our sweet spot. KU enrollment still going strong. https://news.ku.edu/news/article/ku-sets-all-time-marks-for-freshman-class-size-overall-enrollment
