Butternut squash soup with steamed brocolli, grain-free pumpkin muffins with lots of ghee, and a green smoothy (celery, spinach, ginger, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, macadamia milk, Adaptogen powder, turmeric, salt/pepper, and ice.).
