Quick meal with leftovers
Prepped some chicken salad sandwiches with leftover rotisserie chicken. For 9/10 kids while I go visit the hubby in the hospital with another collapsed lung and also pulmonary embolism this time to shake things up.
Hopefully he gets to come home tomorrow, the kids miss him and don't have a working van to get them all to the hospital at the moment.
