🌱 Thinking Positively vs. Thinking Accurately
Positive thinking sprays perfume on the trash bin. Accurate thinking takes the trash out.
Both emotions and actions run on the same fuel: THOUGHT PROCESSES
Change the cognition → change the chain.
Don’t chase “positive.” Choose “accurate.”
1️⃣ Ask yourself, “What THOUGHT am I experiencing in this moment?”
2️⃣ Drill down to the SIMPLEST form of that thought.
3️⃣ Interrogate that thought for ACCURACY. How realistic is it really? What EVIDENCE does it have?
Forget thinking POSITIVELY. Accuracy builds better mindsets.
