Weekend Reset Vibes 💓 There’s something magical about a weekend reset. Not the “perfectly organised, spotless house, aesthetic Pinterest” kind… the real kind. The soft kind. The surviving the week and finding yourself again kind. This week felt heavy in places. Tiring. Loud. Emotional. The kind of week where your brain has fifty tabs open and your body is running on caffeine, chaos and pure mum instinct. But weekends? Weekends are permission to slow the pace a little. A reset doesn’t have to mean expensive plans or productivity overload. Sometimes it’s: ✨ Fresh bedding after a long week ✨ Opening the windows and letting fresh air in ✨ A hot coffee while the house is still quiet ✨ Catching up on washing without rushing ✨ A comfort film on the sofa ✨ Hair tied up, cosy clothes on, no pressure to “perform” ✨ Deep breaths between the madness ✨ Remembering you’re allowed to rest too Real life isn’t always picture perfect. Sometimes the kitchen still needs cleaning, the laundry basket is judging you from the corner of the room, and your to-do list is longer than your patience. But even in the chaos, there can still be calm moments. This weekend I’m choosing softer energy. Less pressure. More peace. More laughter. More moments that actually matter. Resetting isn’t about becoming a whole new person by Monday morning. It’s about giving yourself enough space to breathe again. Tough days
Being ill 🤧 and running on about 9 hours sleep in 3 days has definitely tested me this week 🫠 But even in the middle of exhaustion and chaos… the positives are still there ❤️ A few laughs in between the madness. Small moments of peace. Finally getting a little sleep. Realising I’m stronger than I give myself credit for. And reminding myself that hard days don’t last forever ✨ Sometimes the win isn’t thriving. Sometimes the win is simply making it through the day and still finding things to smile about 😊

I knew how to help people reframe their thoughts, find their strength, and move forward. And then life happened. Not in a small, manageable way—but in the kind of way that slowly wears you down. The kind that leaves you exhausted, overwhelmed, and questioning everything you thought you knew… including yourself. Somewhere along the way, I stopped being the coach. And started just trying to survive the day. The Truth About “Losing Yourself” People talk about losing themselves like it’s something dramatic. But in reality, it’s quiet. It looks like: Running on empty Holding everything together for everyone else Smiling when you’re tired Going to bed with your mind racing It’s not that you forget who you are. It’s that you don’t have the energy to be that person anymore. But Here’s What I’ve Realised I’m not stuck. I’m moving slowly. I’m not broken. I’m healing. I’m not failing. I’m finding a new path—one that fits the life I have now, not the life I had before. And that shift? That’s everything. The Pressure to “Bounce Back” There’s this unspoken expectation that when you struggle, you should “bounce back.” Get back to who you were. Get your energy back. Get your life back on track. But what if that’s not the goal? What if the goal isn’t to go backwards… but to move forward differently? This Version of Me is Learning I’m learning to: Slow down without guilt Choose simple over perfect Rest before I burn out Be kind to myself on the hard days Because the truth is— you don’t earn your worth through how much you push yourself. You honour it by how you take care of yourself. For Anyone in a Hard Season If you’re reading this and things feel heavy right now, I want you to hear this: You are not behind. You are not failing. You are not broken. You are navigating something difficult in the best way you can. And that counts. More than you probably give yourself credit for.
