Tired but grateful
I’m Tired… But I’m Grateful 🤍 Some days I wake up already tired. Not just “I need a cup of tea” tired. But soul tired. Life tired. The kind of tired that sits behind your eyes and in your chest. And if I’m honest… today is one of those days. But here’s what I’ve learned on this journey — through grief, growth, rebuilding, and becoming… You can be tired and grateful at the same time. They are not opposites. They can live in the same heart. Tired Doesn’t Mean You’re Failing Being tired doesn’t mean you’re weak. It doesn’t mean you’re not positive enough. It doesn’t mean your mindset work isn’t working. Sometimes it means: • You’ve been strong for a long time. • You’ve carried things quietly. • You’ve shown up when it would’ve been easier to hide. • You’ve kept going even when your heart felt heavy. That’s not weakness. That’s strength asking for a moment to breathe. I’m Tired… But Look What I Still Have 🤍 Even on the heavy days, I look around and I see: ✨ My children — my reason, my heartbeat. ✨ My home — my safe place. ✨ My little furry family bringing comfort without words. ✨ The strength inside me that refuses to quit. And yes… I still carry grief. I always will. Losing Luke at just 19 changed me forever. It broke me. But it also built a different kind of strength in me. Not loud strength. Not “I’ve got it all together” strength. But quiet, steady, keep-going strength. Gratitude Isn’t Pretending Being grateful doesn’t mean pretending everything is perfect. It means saying: “This is hard… but there is still something good here.” It’s choosing to notice the warmth of your tea in your hands. The sound of your kids laughing. The fact you got out of bed when you didn’t want to. That counts. You count. If You’re Tired Too… Let this be your permission: 🌿 Rest without guilt. 🌿 Cry without shame. 🌿 Slow down without explaining yourself. And then, when you’re ready… Look for one small thing you’re grateful for. Not to fix everything. Just to soften the edges. I’m tired. But I’m grateful I’m still here.

How to change your mindset in 5 steps 💜
🌸 How To Change Your Mindset in 5 Easy Steps By Mindset Matters with Jo Brunton Let’s be honest… No one wakes up one day magically confident, calm and unstoppable. A powerful mindset isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you build. And the beautiful truth? You can start today. Here are 5 simple, powerful steps to begin shifting your mindset gently but intentionally. 🌿 1. Become Aware of Your Inner Voice Your mindset starts with your thoughts. Pay attention to how you speak to yourself. Is it kind? Or critical? Instead of: “I can’t cope.” Try: “This is hard, but I am capable.” Awareness is the first step to change. You can’t shift what you don’t notice. ✨ Ask yourself daily: Would I speak to someone I love the way I speak to myself? 🌷 2. Take Responsibility (Without Blame) This is empowering, not punishing. You may not control everything that happens to you… But you do control how you respond. When you stop waiting for circumstances to change and start choosing your reactions, everything shifts. Responsibility = Personal power. 🌼 3. Practice Gratitude Daily Gratitude rewires your brain. Science supports that focusing on what’s going well strengthens positive neural pathways. Over time, your mind starts looking for the good automatically. Start small: A warm cup of tea ☕ A quiet moment Your children’s laughter A safe home Gratitude doesn’t ignore pain. It simply refuses to let pain be the only focus. 🌸 4. Surround Yourself with Positive Input Your mindset is shaped by what you consume. The conversations you have The content you scroll The people you allow close If you constantly feed your mind negativity, it will reflect that back. Choose: Uplifting podcasts Motivational books Supportive communities Protect your peace like it’s precious — because it is. 🌺 5. Take Small Brave Actions Mindset doesn’t change through thinking alone. It changes through action. You build confidence by doing the thing — scared but willing. Small actions create evidence: Sending the message

How to change your mindset in 5 steps 💜
Morning
Moment of Calm Inspiration There’s something magical about mornings. Even if yesterday was heavy, even if your mind feels crowded with tasks and worries, the morning whispers a gentle truth: today is new. Today is yours. Take a slow breath. Feel it fill your lungs, notice the rise of your chest, the beating of your heart. You are alive. You are here. And right now, there is a space to choose how you move through your day. Start with Stillness Before your phone buzzes, before your to-do list begins, give yourself a few quiet moments. A few minutes of intentional breathing. A few minutes to feel gratitude for simply waking up, for the body that carries you, for the mind that allows you to dream. Calm mornings cultivate a strong mindset. They remind you that you are not your stress. You are not your deadlines. You are the observer, the creator, the nurturer of your own energy. Set Your Intention What do you want today? Not what the world wants from you, not what others expect — what do you want? Maybe it’s patience. Maybe it’s courage. Maybe it’s joy. Whisper it to yourself. Write it down. Let it guide your actions. Embrace Gentle Action The day doesn’t have to start with a sprint. Small, intentional steps carry just as much power as grand gestures. A warm cup of tea. A kind word to someone. A walk outside. Each action, no matter how small, is a ripple of positivity that nourishes your mind and heart. Remember: You Are Enough Whatever happens today, remember: you are doing your best. You are allowed to pause. You are allowed to breathe. You are allowed to carry yourself with kindness and grace. So today, breathe. Choose calm over chaos. Choose love over worry. And step into your day knowing that you have everything you need within you to create beauty, peace, and growth. 🌸 Here’s to a gentle, inspired morning. You’ve got this. 🌸 #MorningInspiration #MindsetMatters #CalmAndMotivated

Self care 😘
Keep it real
Self care is so important and not just the candles bubble bath and facemask kind 🚨 STOP. WEARING. EXHAUSTION. LIKE. A. BADGE. OF. HONOUR. 🚨 You are not strong because you are burnt out. You are not admirable because you never stop. You are not selfless because you abandon yourself. Self care is discipline. It’s boundaries. It’s uncomfortable no’s. It’s protecting your energy like your future depends on it. Because it does. Burnout is not a personality trait — it’s a warning. Choose rest. Choose peace. Choose you. 💖 #MindsetMatters #ProtectYourEnergy #WakeUpCall
