Taking time 💕
Morning 🌞 I just wanted to pop on and say sorry I haven’t been around the last few days. I’ve taken some much-needed time with my family. This time of year can be a little hard, and I’ve been focusing on being present, slowing down, and taking it all in. Sometimes stepping back isn’t falling behind—it’s giving yourself the space to heal, grow, and come back stronger. Life moves so fast, but these quiet moments are where the real strength and clarity are built. I truly believe everything happens for a reason, and even the harder days shape us into who we’re meant to be. So if you’re feeling a little overwhelmed too, take that pause—you deserve it. Thank you for always being here, I appreciate you all more than you know. I’ll be back soon 💛
Easter 🐣🐇
Happy Easter 🌸🐣 – A Season of New Beginnings Easter is more than chocolate eggs, family time, and little faces lighting up with joy—it’s a powerful reminder that life is always moving, always renewing, always offering us a fresh start. This time of year carries a beautiful energy. The days grow longer, the air feels lighter, and nature begins to bloom again. It’s a gentle nudge from the universe that no matter how heavy things may have felt before, growth is always possible. For me, Easter is deeply connected to the idea of new beginnings. It’s a chance to reset, to reflect, and to realign with what truly matters. Just like the flowers pushing through the soil, we too can rise, rebuild, and step into a new version of ourselves. And this is where the law of attraction 🧲 comes in. What we focus on, we attract. What we believe, we create. What we feel, we become. Easter is the perfect moment to pause and ask yourself: - What energy am I putting out into the world? - What do I want to grow in my life? - What am I ready to let go of? This season invites us to plant new seeds—not just in the ground, but in our minds and hearts. Seeds of positivity, self-belief, healing, and hope. Let this be your reminder: You are allowed to start again. You are allowed to grow at your own pace. You are allowed to become something new. So today, whether it’s watching your children smile over their Easter treats, spending time with loved ones, or simply enjoying a quiet moment to yourself—take it all in. Feel the gratitude. Embrace the renewal. Trust the process. Because just like Easter teaches us… after every dark season, light always returns 🌷✨ Happy Easter 💖
New month Intentions
Today I created something that felt truly meaningful ❤️ I didn’t overthink it… I just followed what felt right, and everything came together exactly how it was meant to. White sage to clear away negativity Cinnamon to invite abundance A candle surrounded by coins for change and better finances Easter eggs to welcome new growth and wisdom 🤍 For the first time in a while, I felt calm, clear, and empowered. Sometimes you don’t need all the answers… just trust that inner pull and go with it ✨ Here’s to new beginnings, positive energy, and better days ahead 💫

Happy Monday
🔥 Good Morning & Happy Monday 🔥 New week. New page. Same me… just stronger, louder, and done doubting myself 💪 I’ve been through days that tried to break me — and I’m still standing. Not perfect. Not untouched. But powerful in ways I never used to see 🔥 This week? I’m setting boundaries. I’m backing myself. I’m chasing my goals without shrinking to make others comfortable ✨ No more waiting for the “right time”… this is it. Messy, real, and mine ❤️ If you’ve been knocked down lately — get back up. We’re not done yet 💥 Let’s go into this week with fire in our hearts and strength in our steps 🔥 #MondayMotivation #Unstoppable #GrowthMindset #NoMoreDoubt #StrongWomen #RiseUp #ThisIsMyTime

The importance of selfcare
The Importance of Self-Care: Listening, Healing, Reclaiming You In a world that constantly asks more of us — more energy, more time, more strength — it’s easy to forget one very important thing: you matter too. Self-care isn’t selfish. It isn’t lazy. And it definitely isn’t a luxury. It’s essential. Listening to Your Body Your body speaks to you every single day — sometimes in whispers, sometimes in loud, unavoidable waves. That tiredness you brush off. Those aches you ignore. That emotional overwhelm you try to push through. They all mean something. Self-care starts with listening. It’s allowing yourself to rest when your body is tired, not just when everything is done. It’s recognising when you need a break before you reach burnout. It’s understanding that slowing down doesn’t mean you’re falling behind — it means you’re protecting your wellbeing. The Little Things That Make a Big Difference Self-care doesn’t always have to be big or expensive. Sometimes, it’s found in the smallest moments: A warm bath after a long day A face mask and a bit of pampering Fresh bedding and a cosy night in A quiet cuppa before the house wakes up These moments might seem simple, but they’re powerful. They remind you that you deserve care, softness, and time — just as much as anyone else. Reclaiming Yourself Somewhere along the way, many of us lose parts of who we are. We become “mum,” “worker,” “carer,” “strong one.” We pour into everyone else until we feel a little empty ourselves. Self-care is about reclaiming those lost pieces. It’s asking: What do I need right now? What makes me feel like myself again? What fills my cup, not just drains it? Sometimes reclaiming yourself looks like rest. Sometimes it looks like setting boundaries. Sometimes it looks like doing something just because it makes you feel good — without guilt. You Deserve It Too You don’t have to earn rest. You don’t have to justify taking time for yourself. And you don’t need permission to look after your own wellbeing.
