The competition was on 2 days but I could do only on Sunday because I was a bit sick.
My times are:
100free 58,66 dropped 3 seconds
200IM 2:24 dropped 8 seconds
200breast 2:47 dropped 6 seconds
I think I was so fast because I managed really good the warm ups and cool down and didn't have race anxiety (or a little bit but did the Michael Phelps breathing technique and the stress went out)
