🍓 Academy Week 5: Do HARD Things [pinned post]

Look, so far we've covered: ✅ Goal Setting (the in-depth version) ✅ Michael Phelps breathing trick ✅ Visualization ✅ Basic nutrition for swimmers ✅ Desired identity statement ✅ You've gathered A LOT of evidence that supports your new identity 🔥 Keep the momentum going, 5 more weeks until we know who wins a brand new race suit of your choice!!! More and more fire badges are starting to appear I love it!! In today's training we have time for questions to make sure we're not leaving anybody behind. After that, we do a little magic together ok? It's gonna be workshop-style which means I'll ask you a series of questions that you can just answer in the comments. And at the end, you'll all have a massive done-and-ready improvement for this week. - No breakout rooms - No having to speak in front of everyone else ☺️

I'm the kind of swimmer who wants to be the best and make progress Did a really hard training: 6x4x50 all out @1min with 100m ez between School finished early at 12 Funny moments with my mates Hydration 7 Nutrition 9 Visualization ✅️
Swim meet
The competition was on 2 days but I could do only on Sunday because I was a bit sick. My times are: 100free 58,66 dropped 3 seconds 200IM 2:24 dropped 8 seconds 200breast 2:47 dropped 6 seconds I think I was so fast because I managed really good the warm ups and cool down and didn't have race anxiety (or a little bit but did the Michael Phelps breathing technique and the stress went out)

nationals day1
today my nationals have started i swam: 400free:5:18...pb11s 100back:1:19...i didnt pb and was very disappointed ☹️ relay4•100free: 1:08... pb 0,30s but i wasn't happy with the result so today wasn't really good but it will be better tomorrow...i'll post more tomorrow evening

Replay is up. @Mandy Smith's presentation is available inside the Academy Classroom here. 🤫 SECRET TRICK: Homemade Gatorade 1/2 c coconut water 1/2c water 1 tablespoon honey (that's the big spoon) Juice of a lemon/lime/orange (can substitute any juice here) Pinch of sea salt (1/8th teaspoon, that's the little spoon) Action Steps this week: 1. I'm the kind of swimmer who wants to be the best and make progress 1. I did a normal training during a warm up in a competition only to see my friends 2. Started to look and train in trading 3. Crepes party with my swimmer friends
