Yesterday I had a competition
I swam 200 free and 50 breast
50:39.26 (pb2s)it was ok but I couldn’t swim very fast because my muscles hurt from yesterday’s practice
200:2.36(pb0,2s)oh no i am not happy with this performance because of a stupid reason so I tried this cream that shuld warm you up because my friend said that it helps but i jus ended up felling like my arms and legs are on fire. I could not think of anything else so everything was just wrong 😑 the underwaters the catch the performance in general 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
