After two weekend of racing at the regional Champion ship with two Pb (i didn’t achieved the only one I was really sure to do🙄)…I am getting ready for my first national on the 28th and 29th🤞🏻in 50 and 100 breaststroke!
The 🎯goal is the be in the 10 first positions in the 50 and Improve my Pb in the 100!
After that we Will start double training with the team profiting of Easter holidays .
Do you suggest David/Yul recovery massagges?
I have never done it before and I remember in Tenerife you Said that we mustn’t try it before a race because we would feel “without energy”. Is this a good period to introduce ? Next competitions Will be on 1/2/3 May the June 🦾
