At the GJC i swam the 50 and 100 breast

100 breast 1.09.9

The times were by .2 of my PBs but i was still very happy because my technice was the best its ever been and i held the same tempo for the whole race. While i was there i talked with my friends from other clubs which did really well at GJC and i found out none of them have sozial media or have deleted it a long time ago.This helps me now and motivates me to not be on my phone so often also will delete sozial media
