☕ Let's Talk: Selfish or Finally Choosing Yourself?
Here's something I'd love to hear your thoughts on.
Why is it that when a woman reaches a certain stage in life and starts putting herself first, she can suddenly be seen as selfish?
For years, many of us have been the ones making sure everyone else is okay. We adjust our plans, put our own needs aside and keep everything running.
But what happens when we start saying no? When we want more time for ourselves, or decide we don't want to do things just because everyone expects us to? Some people might call that selfish. Others might call it growth.
🌟So, here's my question: Do you think women become more selfish in midlife, or do we simply become less willing to put ourselves last?
🌟Have you experienced this yourself, or do you see it differently?
I'd really love to hear your opinions and experiences. Even if we don't all agree, I think this is a conversation worth having. 🤎
