Confession time, can you change a flat tyre? 🛞
Happy Thursday 💛 All week we've been looking at the wheels of our lives, scoring them, drawing them and asking how smooth the ride is. And it got me thinking about real wheels 😄 So here's my confession. I have no idea how to change a flat tyre. Not a clue. Somebody else has always done it for me, and I've just been quietly hoping the day never comes! But here we are, women in midlife with so much life experience between us, and I know some of you could do this with your eyes closed. Maybe this is my sign that it's time to learn. 📊 Vote in the poll, could you change a flat tyre today? 💬 Then tell me your best flat tyre story in the comments, the funnier the better, I need all the wisdom I can get 😄 To your next chapter 🤗

They taught us how to change a tyre in school - I think I was in Std 6 (grade 8), 12 years old. Now, I have roadside assistance - I think it's a far better strategy. 🤣
Part 2 Alignment: How smooth is your ride? 🚗
Good morning 💛 Yesterday you gave each area of your life a score, and today you get to see what those scores look like together. Today is Part 2, Alignment. Grab your scores from Part 1, mark each one on the wheel and join the dots. Then have a good look at the shape you’ve drawn. This isn’t about getting it perfect, it just shows you where you are right now so you know where to start. 📄 The worksheet is at the bottom of today’s lesson. You can print it or type straight into it on your laptop. 💬 If your wheel was on your car today, what one word would you use for the ride? Smooth, wobbly, getting there… anything goes. Joining us today? Start wherever you are, you can always catch up. To your next chapter 🤗

I say there's nothing like a bumpy ride to put things in perspective. What's really great is to do this exercise every few months - then compare your results to your previous wheel. This is when you can see how things have improved and can recognise your efforts.

@Eva Zaberl Smooth sailing is for chickens I'd say. 🤣
Part 1 Awareness - Where are you standing right now? 🧭
Good morning 💛 I loved seeing all your "I Am In" comments yesterday, it’s so good knowing we’re doing this together 🌷 Today is Part 1, Awareness. Make yourself a cup of tea, grab your notebook and download the worksheet in the classroom at the bottom of the lesson. Go through the 8 areas one at a time. Read the questions, think about it for a minute and give each area a number from 1 to 5 for where you are right now. Then write down the advice you’d give yourself, and where you’d love that area to be. Go with your first answer, it’s just for you and nobody else is going to see it. 📄 Your worksheet is waiting at the bottom of today’s lesson, ready for you to download. 💬 Which area scored the highest for you, and which one would you love to give a little more love this season? To your next chapter 🤗

Guess my week 🕵️‍♀️
Happy Saturday 🧡 Okay so today's game has one rule, no words allowed. Tell me how your week went using only emojis, something like this ☕🚗🛒🧺📱😴 Coffee, errands, groceries, a mountain of laundry, too much scrolling and straight to bed 😄 👉 Vote in the poll, then share your week in emojis in the comments and have a guess at someone else's 🕵️‍♀️

@Lindi Harmse I should have put 7 cups of coffee (I have one every day) - plus some tea. I ran a 10K and a Park Run. Did Aqua Aerobics and strength training at gym. LOL. I run a photography group for mobile phone photography with a friend of mine and we had a photography outing. I took my friend to visit her mom in Worcester (the car - road trip). I planned a visit to The Netherlands - then decided the time isn't right yet. Did some learning (the books) - finalising my CORE assignment, and identity coaching. The sicentist - is cleaning up (decluttering) - did a lot of that this week. The scooter is my bike - getting back on it (I got as far as cleaning it before the rain came - now I have to clean it again LOL). I'm also developing a course to help business owners set up an on-line business and a professional selfies course, which is almost ready to launch. Oh - and I went to see my Rheumatologist for a check-up and I'm still in remission (thank goodness) and the exercise is helping to manage the inflammation. Busy busy.

I never thought I'd love this, but here I am 😄
Happy Thursday! I want to keep things light today and get to know you a little better. What's something you never thought you'd enjoy that you absolutely love now? This season of life has a funny way of surprising us, we finally have a bit of space to try things and suddenly there's a whole new side of us showing up. I love that so much. 👉Vote below and then tell me your thing in the comments, the more surprising the better. I'll go first 👇

@Lindi Harmse I love painting nature - landscapes, flowers, forests, animals, etc. I would love to learn to paint people, but still have a lot to learn before I get there.
