Confession time, can you change a flat tyre? 🛞
Happy Thursday 💛 All week we've been looking at the wheels of our lives, scoring them, drawing them and asking how smooth the ride is. And it got me thinking about real wheels 😄 So here's my confession. I have no idea how to change a flat tyre. Not a clue. Somebody else has always done it for me, and I've just been quietly hoping the day never comes! But here we are, women in midlife with so much life experience between us, and I know some of you could do this with your eyes closed. Maybe this is my sign that it's time to learn. 📊 Vote in the poll, could you change a flat tyre today? 💬 Then tell me your best flat tyre story in the comments, the funnier the better, I need all the wisdom I can get 😄 To your next chapter 🤗

@Eva Zaberl I love that YouTube is your backup plan Eva 😄 Just as long as we have signal, our phones are charged and there’s enough data left, otherwise we’re both sitting on the side of the road 🤣💛

@Cheri Baumann Roberts why stress when there’s someone who can come and help, Road service it is 💛
Part 3 Reflection: What’s quietly asking for your attention? 🤍
Good morning 💛 You’ve rated your 8 areas and drawn your wheel, so today we take a closer look at what it’s telling you. Today is Part 3, Reflection. Have your wheel next to you, make a cup of tea and go through the 12 questions one at a time. You’ve already answered question 2 yesterday with your ride word 🚗 Take your time with the rest, sometimes the answer only comes after you’ve sat with a question for a minute or two. 📄 The worksheet is at the bottom of today’s lesson . You can print it or type straight into it on your laptop. 💬 Which question gave you the most to reflect on? Just share the number To your next chapter 🤗

@Eva Zaberl You’re so right, we keep paying that price without even noticing, until one question makes us stop and look 💛

@Cheri Baumann Roberts Awesome Cheri, question 5 is a powerful one, and I love how you turn it into motivation to keep going 💛
Part 1 Awareness - Where are you standing right now? 🧭
Good morning 💛 I loved seeing all your "I Am In" comments yesterday, it’s so good knowing we’re doing this together 🌷 Today is Part 1, Awareness. Make yourself a cup of tea, grab your notebook and download the worksheet in the classroom at the bottom of the lesson. Go through the 8 areas one at a time. Read the questions, think about it for a minute and give each area a number from 1 to 5 for where you are right now. Then write down the advice you’d give yourself, and where you’d love that area to be. Go with your first answer, it’s just for you and nobody else is going to see it. 📄 Your worksheet is waiting at the bottom of today’s lesson, ready for you to download. 💬 Which area scored the highest for you, and which one would you love to give a little more love this season? To your next chapter 🤗

Part 2 Alignment: How smooth is your ride? 🚗
Good morning 💛 Yesterday you gave each area of your life a score, and today you get to see what those scores look like together. Today is Part 2, Alignment. Grab your scores from Part 1, mark each one on the wheel and join the dots. Then have a good look at the shape you’ve drawn. This isn’t about getting it perfect, it just shows you where you are right now so you know where to start. 📄 The worksheet is at the bottom of today’s lesson. You can print it or type straight into it on your laptop. 💬 If your wheel was on your car today, what one word would you use for the ride? Smooth, wobbly, getting there… anything goes. Joining us today? Start wherever you are, you can always catch up. To your next chapter 🤗

@Cheri Baumann Roberts So true Cheri, it’s amazing how one low area pulls on everything else, seeing it drawn out made it so clear for me too 🌷

@Carolyn Melnick Such a good idea Carolyn, comparing your old wheel with your new one is the best way to see your own progress 🌷
Nobody Waits To Feel Strong Before They Go To The Gym 🌿
Last Monday we spoke about the backpack and all the things we've been carrying for years. Did you manage to unpack yours? I hope you were able to take something out, and that you're starting to slow down a bit. So this week, let's go into it with the mindset of everything's going to work out for me. Think about the gym. Nobody waits until they feel strong to go, you go, and you get stronger because you keep going. Optimism works the same way, you don't wait until you feel it, you choose it every morning, and the more you choose it the easier it gets. So tomorrow when you wake up, before you pick up your phone, start your day with "I'm so lucky and everything always works out for me." Say it even if it feels a bit silly at first 😉 Our brain is always looking for proof of whatever we tell it, so when you keep telling it things work out for you, it starts noticing all the little ways they do. Let's start this week with optimism ☕ 📊 Vote in the poll below, what are you telling yourself tomorrow morning? 👇 Tell me in the comments, what did you take out of your backpack this week?
