Vetted Community, please help me welcome our new members! Lets go!!!

My name is Igor, I immigrated to the states in 1989 from Ukraine (Soviet Union). I’ve been an electrician most of my life, which meets our needs financially but being tied up 40-50 hours per week makes it difficult to spend time with kids and be involved in church ministry. Me and my wife homeschool our kids, we’ve been doing that for the last 11 years. I want to change my lifestyle to be able to afford being much more involved with our kids education, church ministry, and personal development. We are newbie’s at rentals, right now I am finishing up 3 tiny houses that we are planning to Ab&B. I want to get into IMTR and with God’s help and the help of this community all things are possible. We have 8 boys and 3 girls, our oldest 3 already graduated from Abekka Christian academy home school, 8 more kids to go..

We are Mitch and Mary O'Dell. We have been married 38 years, have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Mitch has recently retired from working in Retail for the past 40 years. We are looking forward to seeing what God has in store for us as we explore this new chapter of Mid Term Rentals.

Mitch and I have been married for 38 years with 3 children and 4 beautiful grandchildren. My husband has spent the last 40 years in retail and most recently in the furniture retail world. We look forward to this next chapter in our lives, exploring real estate and iMTR.

Hello, my name is Ian, and my wife is Geralyn. We are short-term vacation rental (STVR) owners based in Southern California. I work as a fireman, and Geralyn is a Real Estate Agent with extensive experience. Together, we are active investors, with a primary focus on seed-stage tech and hardware companies, as well as being active crypto investors and advisors for crypto projects. In addition to our investment ventures, we have run various businesses, including print-on-demand, liquidation, and developing private-label products on Amazon. We are also expanding into mid-term rentals with our personal properties. Beyond our Southern California locations in Ventura, Santa Barbara, Montecito, Summerland, and Mammoth, we have access to properties in Tennessee, Texas (near Austin), and Park City, Utah.

Hi we are Michael and Jennifer Liebrum. We are Christ followers and love real estate investing. I have been a home builder for 20+ years and we have invested in real estate for over 16 years. Jennifer started hosting guests through Air BnB in 2019 and is a super host over 11 units. We are looking forward to more time freedom with iMTR while still receiving higher returns than LTR.

I joined the group to learn some more Jedi tricks on my next home purchase that fits the iMTR criteria. I’d like more freedom to do what I want when I want. So I guess that means I need 10 iMTRs in the next 5 years :)
