LLC Help!
Hey everyone! Can you guys recommend some resources on learning the ins and outs about starting and using an LLC? Looking at getting breezeway certified and it seems to be better to do it through an LLC so it’s accelerating my timeline!

My understanding is that if you do it as a property manager or through your LLC, you can apply the certification process (and thus the discount) to all or your properties

@Jason Davenport thanks! I emailed Justin and he said get certified as an individual and then he can certify my LLC when it is created. This would allow you to apply the discount to all properties covered by proper
