Hey Vetted Homes family I wanted to share this accomplishment with all of you. In just 3 months I’ve achieved the goal of becoming a SuperHost on AirBnB and the property is listed first when searching for rentals in my city. I wanted to thank Vetting Homes for all their encouragement and the IMTR blueprint.

We signed a 2 month contract to start 10/01 for $8200/mo with an insurance family for water damage. Happy to house them in a time of need! Getting the fall themed gift basket ready!

1. My first tenants gave me a 5 star review on Airbnb!!! 2. My 2nd tenants moved in on Monday for a minimum 33 day stay through Airbnb (Alacrity Insurance).
