Happy Monday! I've been absent for a bit while managing some big projects and hoping to get more active soon. In the meantime, I want to share with you some wins for encouragement. Our first and current family has been in place since June 28. They originally booked for 32 days. Then they extended through the end of September. The booking requests have been limited while it's been actively booked. However, we have received two requests in just the last few days for bookings to begin on October 1. Of course, we reached out to our current family as we do not want to displace them. They are going to extend through October. Woohoo!!! One of the booking requests is a temporary worker looking for a 3 month stay and the other was an insurance family that is being displaced from their current iMTR. Going iMTR was the BEST decision we could have made!!! It's been challenging at times and a great experience overall. So if you are on the fence or feeling nervous, just GO FOR IT!

This makes the stay 3 months and 24 days so far with possibly another extension needed!! We are thankful and happy to love on this family while they are in our home!

The husband of a couple a lease matching company placed in one of my rental homes was arrested last week on embezzlement charges dating back to 2024 😳. He turned himself in! I was hoping they did not come and arrest him at the home. They must be going through a difficult time. But that’s why I like running background checks when possible. My biggest concern is bringing in someone with violent offenses or a sexual predators that puts neighbors and kids at risk. It’s not just protecting the home but also the neighborhood 💪🏻

Now I am working with a an insurance relocation family. They have 3 dogs. 2 small ones and a third is 80 pounds. They are willing to pay $300 extra per month for cleaning and inspection. 3 dogs is a challenge for me. Would you do it? Appreciate any advice!
