Got two monthlong Airbnb inquiries today!
One inquiry was from a person who only had a 3.9 average rating so I asked her to give more details of why it was so low. No answer from her so my response was probably a turnoff which is OK, since I don’t want my house trashed! 😬
The second inquiry was from a person who wrote the following, and I would love to have the community’s perspective on how it would be best to respond to respond:

Hello, I am looking to make a booking for a local family who had water damage in their home. The booking would be for 6 adults, 2 children and 3 dogs (2 small poodles- 20lbs each, Chihuahua mix- 20lbs). They do have a caged bird( small cockatiel) as well. Our company itel, was hired by their insurance company to make their booking. We use Airbnb for work which allows our account to pay but requires her verified account to place the booking under. Are you available for the above dates?

Anybody heard of “itel” before? You think this is legit, or a scam?
If it is a legit inquiry, how would you respond?
