A friend shared this the other day, I found it spoke to me in many ways, and I wanted to share it with others. She's a successful business owner who decided to take her health into her own hands by disciplining herself to work out and eat healthy to avoid going down the path her parents went down with their health. This doesn't just apply to your business life, it can be applied to your whole life and your health. Set your health goals and stomp on those bad habits you've built (all of us in this group have those bad habits we're working to break, that's why we're here). Set your dreams and work hard to discipline yourself to reach those dreams, whatever they are. Yes, there are days when it's hard, whether it's doing your workouts, planning your meals for the week, or disciplining yourself to create good habits and reach your dreams. By doing this, even when it's hard, you'll see the benefits of your hard work.
