It was hot, but I did it!
My goal this week was to increase my flights from 10 to 12 for run up/walk down and every other step flights from 6 to 8. I did it, yes it was hot, and yes it sucked, but I persevered and hit my mark.

Congratulations Kristi!!
Hard work makes the dream work.
Still at it and pushing myself! Ran up these steps 10x then walked down them 10x followed by walking up them by going up every other step and walking back down 6x. At that point my legs said no more. I didn't take it easy to reach the progress I reached and I won't take it easy to keep making progress. Onto my next goal!

Congratulations on reaching your goal and you are doing so well I know you will reach your next goal and I cannot wait to hear about it.
Weigh-in Win!!
Today I reached 20 lbs lost! With all the travel, graduations and not a lot of control over what food was served this past month, it took a bit more creativity in workouts and meal planning to reach this goal. Thank you Coach T for developing a program that's sustainable! Now onto my next goal.

Way to go!! That is amazing!!!
Alright, let's do this!
If you live in Seward you may know where I'm at... yep, the hill at Concordia University. The plan was run up the hill and walk down 3 times. After the 3rd time my body was like, that was nothing, so I decided to go for 5. My legs were definitely feeling it on the 5th time running up the hill. Now for some red light therapy so I'm not too sore tomorrow. 4 months ago I would have struggled to run & walk the hill 3 time let alone 5 times.
Alright, let's do this!
