Letting go
I just wrote this text to a student because it was something I needed to practice and hear myself: “Take a few minutes today to sit quietly and meditate on the words “letting go.” Breathe in, say to yourself “I release.”Breathe out, say “I let go.” - Let go of control. - Let go of expectations. - Let go of what already happened. - Let go of what needs to happen. Notice how your body feels when you give yourself permission to release.The more you practice, the lighter you’ll feel.” What’s one thing you can let go of right now? Write in the comments 👇
