there’s a Sartainism that I keep thinking about, which is “you’re not depressed you’re just a bitch.”
while this may be true, It might not actually be helpful to many people who are facing potentially diagnosable mental problems. So I want to hear from y’all what actionable advice you would give to people here who have depression and/or anxiety.
Here few tips that I hear a lot, so that we don’t get a bunch of the same answers in the comments.
- eat healthy
- Work out regularly
- Get good sleep
- Practice some kind of meditation or mindfulness
