Another thing Michael said that really stood out to me was when he saw the type of girl he liked he analyzed her boyfriend Not the guy she said she wants! the guys she’s chosen! And instead of saying oh well he is this or he has that and I don’t Michael just took notes A lot of us have a pussy bitch hater mentality to protect our Egos …. (Maybe) But instead of being a hater let’s learn from it like Mike said… and realize if we drove a car the had built in Status or Success (scarce resources) we might garner attention differently We might also get more attention if we have well built physiques (scarce resource lol) that display we are motivated consistent and disciplined (highly desirable characteristics) Now picture the girl you want in your head Picture her and be very very specific down to the most minute details. Now Imagine you are her Now that you are her, you can imagine how many options she has…… Now why should she pick you? Why should she pick you for a short term hook up? Do you meet that threshold of criteria? (High Attraction Triggers) Status can overcome a lot of shortfalls here What about a husband? why should she pick you for a husband or serious relationship which many of these women want? (Financial stability, emotional control, consistency) This is just scratching the surface of how in depth this gets But start here…. Really think about the girl you want or the girls you want and Become the exact GUY they chase!! Then I want you to move to a location where your type is plentiful and you and people like you are not…. Location location location Men of Action isn’t just a social circle building cheat code to give you status and put you around men and women who you’d normally Never have in your circles… it’s also a personal development journey The more work you do the more results you get with women and social circle… Do the WORK!!!!

Expressing Gratitude and Merry Christmas

Worked on a lot since I started MoA this end of year 2 for me and honestly It was the best decision I ever made Fixed my IG Built 1100 girl refined list (that’s how I find some of my girlfriends) I ending up dating some of the hottest girls in my city I Socialized Made friends and team mates Increased status and contacts (literally I know everyone) Read the books worked on my tonality when talking to women Became more accountable Got back into shape I Lost 25-30lbs of fat and put on muscle and my confidence sky rocketed Did several funnel events and made top contacts all over the city male and female I currently have a dream life in terms of optionality with women and it gets better weekly Guys just put the work in and listen to the coaches Become a 10 somewhere either in Physique Comedy Status Finances Game etc…. I’m a lazy fuck at heart and the systems and ideas of MoA really is hands down the easiest and quickest way to get an abundance of women… But you only get out of it what you put into it So do the fucking works guys If you need to calibrate it might take weeks of going out or months , goto as many immersions as you can! do karaoke be outgoing try your hardest so be social and just talk to people No one is having massive success in anything without massive work I’m grateful of where I am now but I started far from here and it took a lot of work A lot of time and a lot of getting over shit Stop being pussies if you are and get after it guys I didn’t get as many girls as I wanted for a long time Calibration helps I needed it and I had sisters growing up I highly recommend the immersion events in Vegas goto 6 minimum it’ll help you for the REST of your life More time learning is more success Do the work And be grateful You’ll get the girls bros but you have to keep doing the work

Ok so let’s break this down Comfort vs attraction Most of the guys are joining MOA because they don’t have abundance Most of the guys are not very attractive to women so the preselection done properly helps these guys and even done not 100% correctly also helps these guys No one wants to try the restaurant without any customers inside Now if you are already very attractive to women and have a compelling lifestyle the preselection can lower comfort BUT it’s much easier to raise comfort than it is to lower attraction MOA is designed to make you more attractive to 80% the majority of women But if your goal is a girl friend specifically you can just modify the preselection fotos but adding in a couple guys and having more candid (always better candid) photos Dating apps are a massive waste of time instagram is the best dating app hands down Iv dated many girls off my hotlist and many of them were insecure or threatened by my preselection fotos but guess what I still dated all of them because it’s not very hard to raise comfort when your already high in attraction category… So clearly define your goals first before deciding what your going for If you are low on abundance and attraction I’d do everything in your power to raise attraction and if you have good candid preselection fotos like the ones I “hide” in my carousels so they don’t look try hard Il tell you from first hand experience that it works great But you might have to overcome the fuckboy image Anyone who’s posting preselection photos on their dating profiles are probably a few French fries short of a happy meal Michael had never said to use them on dating an apps nor does he even recommend dating apps None of the hottest girls I know use dating apps in western culture unless they are major attention seekers So he does make some points but I don’t think it’s applicable to the majority of guys who are thinking to join MOA who don’t have amazing instagrams or abundance of women

Confidence is KEY 🔑 learn to fight!!!

Confidence is one of the top if not the top attraction trigger imo (outside of fame/status) I know guys who aren’t good looking or in good shape or have great game who do really well just because theyre so arrogantly confident Whatever you can do to build your confidence will help you a lot with women IMO learning to fight well is a top confidence builder Nothing built my confidence more than learning to strangle people training Brazilian jiu jitsu for years and years I highly recommend picking up boxing Muay Thai or BJj I personally don’t like MMa specific schools tho some are really good (ones with several pro fighters only) I don’t think you can really fake confidence without drugs or alcohol (being high lol) Lose weight (fat) and building muscle also helps a lot too because you feel better about yourself If you’re self conscious of something to do with your looks do whatever you can to change it If you’re self conscious to do with you competence do whatever you can to raise your confidence by becoming competent in something that’s important to you I’m more confident in Spanish now because my Spanish is better Success in something also builds confidence You don’t have to start at the top literally no one does Just slowly work your way up Not giving up will also build your tenacity and have positive results on your confidence Build your confidence through putting in the wheel and becoming a better version of yourself Physically Mentally Emotionally spiritually and financiall
