I had a chance this weekend, during International Women’s Day “Weekend” to speak at an all women’s conference.
Someone sent me this clip of me speaking where I was highlighting the Power to Produce Over Need for Perfection.
So many of us wait for life, th program, project, the book, the podcast, the video, the post, or all the things to be perfect before we move forward or release them to the world. Just do it ✅
Perfection is a mirage, a figment of your imagination. It won’t ever be perfect and yes it could be better, but release what you have and let’s build the plain as we fly.
To all of the women who are still waiting… I encourage you to take off and trust your wings to help you fly not for a perfect plane.
