A few weeks ago I got home and noticed that a small frog had gotten trapped between the door hinge of the screen door. At that point, though, there was nothing that I could do to save the frog because he had already gotten smashed. I could tell he had been there for a while because there was no liquid. A few lessons I took from our dearly departed:
- Just because a place seems safe doesn't mean it is 🚫 (likely hopped in when it felt threatened).
- It's easy to get trapped by the familiar (maybe it HAD been safe before...until it wasn't😬).
- It only takes one wrong move; choose carefully.
HEALing requires:
- Clarity about true safety
- Willingness to try something new
- Intent
Have you been playing it 'safe' with familiarity and moving recklessly? Let's take a lesson from Senor Frog and HEAL well.
