✊Day 4 Quest: Stand Tall
Movement Lab Focus: Awareness First
Before we fix skating, shooting, or movement, we need awareness. Today, athletes should think about one thing: What does my body do when I get tired? Do I stand taller? Do my feet slow down? Do I lose my edge control? Do I stop moving my feet? Movement side quest: After your next skate, write down one thing your body does when tired.
Side Quest #1: Confidence Receipt
This week’s side quest is simple: Post one confidence receipt. A confidence receipt is proof that you are growing. It can be something small: - I worked hard in practice. - I recovered after a mistake. - I communicated better. - I stayed focused. - I prepared before the game. - I supported a teammate. Comment below: My confidence receipt this week is: Small proof builds real confidence.
