News - NI insolvency proceedings
Native Instruments Gmbh are have entered insolvency proceedings.
Other companies possibly affected include the wider group - iZotope, Plugin Alliance, and Brainworx.
The European Commission has apparently cleared a planned acquisition of the NI group by Bridgepoint and Bain Capital Credit, though it’s unclear whether the transaction has completed.
I use plugins from all of these sources, they're great. Let's hope they survive ..
