New to group

Hi, I’m new to the group, what I’ve read so far about this process I have been doing everything wrong, so I kean to learn. My store goes, I’ve been with my wife for 11years we have three young girls, I’ve been suffering with mental health all my life, it stems from childhood trauma, I have but up a massive wall to protect myself from being hurt, obviously this is what has ruined my relationship with my wife. We had a big move to Wales and things really spiralled out of control for me. My wife now says she is done but she also says she is very confused, I know she is hurting bad and that kills me inside. We still live in the same house different rooms, she openly gets undressed in front of me when getting ready etc, that’s hard to see but still nice. I love her very much and I’m willing to put the hard work in, I just want are life back.
