I am new on hear

Good morning all this is my first post. My wife told me three months ago. She don’t love me. I’m on a rollercoaster with my emotions. We still living in the same house as we got a three-year-old son by making it worse. I have chased her and it’s pushed her away and we’ve had arguments getting me really upset I’ve just booked a week away to go no contact but I need to speak to my son through my mother-in-law as this is affecting my health, I’ve lost two stone in six weeks I’m devastated
