what schema type for an Areas Served / Location page?

and others, please help me determine how to implement schema for a location page such as this: https://deanstreet.dental/areas-served/geneva/

Note: There is no physical office location in that city so therefore there is also no GMB tied to this page.

It is just a location page for areas served. I'm thinking WebPage with main entity localbusiness ??

But what @ID makes sense such that there are no duplicate entities across the website.

Or am i completely wrong?
